At the beginning of the year, I went through a velvet phase and subsequently, a girls’ peterpan collar dress period. One of the products of said obsessions: this dress. The black cuffs (not visible here) and collar were perfection and I found myself bidding in desperation because it DID emulate a particular dress from the Erin Fetherston for Target collection, damnit. The hem had to be taken up, way up, but it was love.
